Ease Of Booking :
There are no reservations at this location - it is first come, first serve. We called ahead to find out when the birthday parties were that day, and arrived 2 hours prior in order to play the 2 games we wanted to play. These are public, mixed group adventures.
Lobby : The lobby had props, t-shirts, and random items for sale. There is no available seating. Upon entry to the venue, you notice the three doors 'leading to each adventure' as well as a token box next to the door. Upon entry, you purchase the tokens for the adventures you wish to play, and stand by the door for the next adventure to begin.
Hospitality : The restrooms are clean and located deep within the 5 wits location. There are no refreshments for sale, but there are dozens of places to eat within the mall.
Time Keeping : Games begin every 10-15 minutes. We only waited a few minutes for the next game to begin.
Briefing Details : After no contact for years, there’s been a distress signal from the abandoned starship, Nebulous! You have just 30 minutes to teleport aboard the craft, figure out what happened and get back safely.
Operator Intro : Exciting - takes you into the story
Pleasant, professional, and kept everyone going. Very accommodating to allowing us a private experience.
The Game :
One of the best space themed adventure escape rooms I have ever played. Immersive, challenging, and still kid-appropriate. Half star removed due to the game having a 12 player max, but only enough puzzles to keep a group half as large entertained.
The Venue :
I am excited to see how they build out additional rooms at this location. The venue is clean, the games are fun, and it will be something to do that is not your standard 'lock and combo' escape room. This game is definitely geared towards those looking for a full on adventure.
Main Room - First Glance :
We were loaded into a 'teleporter' to bring us to our ship. I cannot go into further details than this without giving the game away!
Excellent flow - flawless and coherent
This game has an obvious game flow - complete a task or two in order to gain entry to the following room. As the game is 30 minutes, it is expected that each area will take about 10 minutes to get through.
Well thought of. Intriguing
Wow! These were never before seen, high tech puzzles! It was one of the best set designs I have ever experienced, and it made me super excited to complete each room and see what was in store! Most of the puzzles were doable by children (this game is geared towards age 10-14, if I had to guess).

Closure & Debrief :
With our team of 4 experienced enthusiasts, we completed our mission in 32 minutes with a score of 90 (out of 100). This room has enough going on to keep a group of 4-6 individuals (or a family) truly engaged for the entire mission. Maximum team size is 12 people, but there is not enough to do for 12 people.
